When I’m in a bad mood, I either listen to some good gospel music or watch ‘Finding Nemo’. At times I do some writing in my journal or read a few chapters from one of the books I’m reading at the time. No matter what I decide to do, the purpose is always to put myself in a calm and relaxing state of miId. Life is a struggle, especially when you’re on the road less traveled.
